Lon comes to us with a wealth of experience in sales as well as a successful career in Strength & Conditioning.

Having spent 11 years working with top athletic programs at the University of Notre Dame and Villanova University combined, Lon has experience in the weight room setting and is uniquely qualified to help with product information, equipping your space, and even designing your own facility!

In addition to working hands-on in the weight room, Lon also has experience in sales, having worked with Life Fitness/Hammer Strength for the past 12 years. He will pivot that expertise to the products offered here at Perform Better and will assist in providing the best service, knowledge, and guidance that you're accustomed to as a Perform Better customer.

Based in Radnor, PA with his family his wife Brooke, and sons Holt and Conner Lon will be hitting the road, visiting schools and facilities, checking out the industry's premiere trade shows and seminars, to continue to grow those special relationships with our customers.

We're thrilled to have someone of Lon's caliber on board, and we're confident that his skills and expertise will be a valuable asset to our team, and yours!
