Dear Ranch Road Community,

We're taking a pause.

Our online store will be unavailablefor new orders on December 8th.

I write to you today to share difficult news. After careful consideration and evaluation of our financial needs amidst a difficult economic environment, I find it necessary to close our doors until further notice.

I embarked on this journey with passion, dedication and a vision for creating a community of western aficionados through our unique handmade boots. I'm proud of what we've built together and the stories our boots will tell over the coming decades.While our future remains unclear, my hope is thatif you own a pair of our boots you continue to wear them down your own path, creating memories while keeping theRanch Road spirit alive.

Any recent purchases eligible for returns are still accepted through Dec 31st, 2023. If you have unused gift cards you would like to redeem for boots, email us and we can assist you throughout this month. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out as we're here to help through January 31st, 2024.

In the meantime, you can still purchase our boots in person at Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott stores and online at Boot Barn and Stages West.
