We had a call from a customer recently who wanted some suggestions for a natural remedy to help her relax and get a better nights sleep.
No problem at all we said.
We have a whole category on our website full of formulas to help you relax and improve the quality of your sleep. Why not try taking Ashwagandha or Valerian capsules, and Valerian is also available as a tincture we said.
A what? she said.
"A tincture" we said. "Valerian Tincture is really good for helping yousleep".
But whats a tincture? she said...
She'd said enough. Her response made us realise that there are many people who simply dont knowwhat a tincture is and therefore completely unaware of all the health benefitsthey can carry.
