THE KEY FEATURES

Drag
Arbor Size
The Hyperspeed M8 is designed to keep weight down while revving up the reels retrieve rate and it accomplishes both feats in impressive fashion.
The reel boasts a very strong sealed drag system around 8-10 lb. in the 8wt model and goes from minimum to maximum drag in a fairly standard 1.5 turns.
The Hyperspeed M8s 3.83-inch arbor diameter is huge rivaling many 11/12wt reels.
