Announcing our New Name- Impact Botanicals!!

This decision was two years in the making.

It was becoming increasingly clear that Vedic wasn't going to carry us forward. Additionally, while it was named for the school of medicine I'm trained in- Ayurveda- I was receiving feedback that the name was not as honoring as I intended.

This was feedback I took very seriously.

But I loved Vedic.

It took two years to find a name I loved as much- more actually.

I began this company out of desire to build a system that could help tackle systemic problems in our communities. I've been an activist since I was 10. In college I realized that I couldn't affect too much simply "being the change" myself- I needed to build something so I could instead "create the change."

It's why we hire at-risk individuals who otherwise have difficulty with finding or keeping employment.

It's why everything is produced using solar power.

It's why every product sold funds the removal of a pound of plastic from nature and converts it into energy.

It's about using business as a system for improving individual lives and the communities we call home.

You'll still see some "Vedic" here and there as we shift things. We appreciate your patience and cannot wait to show you the new packaging soon!
