Despite everything, we are delighted to say that we are receiving orders from customers new to widewidths.com. But, worryingly, we are also receiving emails from you long standing, loyal customers, and you are a little concerned that we are so quiet on the email front.

So, we thought it was time for a little update.

We are still here and are working very hard.

There is however a big BUT.

We have met a stumbling block with the development of the new website. As you know our aim was to launch the improved website last season. But technical issues have continued to set us back.

Right now, we are working with the website as it is now, out of date, with a selection of boots that is not a true reflection of what we have in stock.

We are very much reliant on you messaging to find out if an item you like is or is not in stock. Its working well. It takes a little time, but we are working through as best we can. Thankfully, you are very understanding.

There is good news!

We have appointed a brilliant Company who we will be working with to design and facilitate the new website. There is a lot of us to do behind the scenes, which includes installing a new stock tracking programme and our goal is to launch the new site in August 2023.

For now, we want to thank you for your continued custom, support, patience and encouraging words and kindness during this very frustrating period.

We love what we do, and we will continue to design a collection of wide calf boots that meet all of your needs.
