Besides working your abs with hundreds of crunches, leg lifts, and planks, you should be training your shoulders! Having well developed shoulders enhances the small waist look!
It's the side delts that make the waist look tiny! Rounded capped shoulders!
Try this for a sample shoulder routine:
1. Bent over rear dumbell flys (3x12-15)
2. Dumbell side laterals (3x12-15)
3. Smith Machine seated shoulder press (3x12-15)
As you can see this is somewhat of a higher volume training method which really helps blood flow reach the shoulder area!
Make sure to keep a higher protein diet and moderate to low carb intake (depending on your weight and stats) to catapult your success in achieving your desired look!
