While we have been encouraged to worry about our macronutrient intakein other words, how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fats we are eatingthe real power of nutrition lies in our micronutrient intake.
The consumption of micronutrients is important to a healthy body. Fruits and vegetables are high in the micronutrients your body needs to function well, but most of us arent getting nearly enough.
