The Cheese Tour isSeptember 9th & 10th

TheWashington County Cheese Tour is almost here!

A self-guided food & beverage jaunt throughout NYs Washington County (yes, our farm straddles Vermont and New York), The Cheese Tour will take place Saturday, September 9th and Sunday, September 10th

from 10am - 4pm both days.

We'll be offering hay rides, live music, grilled *Pawlettis* and more!

Classes and Boards Available

OurGuided Tasting & Sensory Evaluation class offers participants the opportunity to study the make sheets, the amount of time the cheese has spent in the cave, and discuss texture, tastes, and flavors. A tour of the cave concludes eachclass.
