We're Now Offering Classes, Cheese Boards and Lodging Here at the Creamery!

Were delighted to share our passion for handcrafting fine artisan cheeseby offering Classes which include Tastings and Cheese Aging Cave Visits at our creamery in West Pawlet, Vermont.

If you just want to enjoy our delicious cheese, you can order one of our Cheese & Charcuterie Boards to nibble on next to our lovely pond or
wherever your adventures take you.

You can also reserve a stay at our AirBnB right here at the farm.

Classes

We'll take small groups (2-4 people) through a Guided Tasting & Sensory Evaluation of one of our cheeses followed by a visit to the aging caves.

Similar to a wine tasting, we'll do aVertical Tastingof one our cheeses, allowing participants to experience how aging affects cheese. This class will also be followed by a tour of the caves.

Cheese & Charcuterie Boards

We love creating Cheese & Charcuterie Boards for our onsite guests, but now anyone can order a board to be enjoyed at our farm, at your favorite picnic spot, or for a party!

Each board will feature our three flagship cheeses along with other local products including charcuterie, crackers, nuts, dried fruit and more.

The historic Smithy" at Consider Bardwell Farm is the original building used for blacksmithing by Mr. Consider Bardwell, himself, in the 1800s.

Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, and patio for grilling, the Smithy is beautiful inside and out. Enjoy meeting our goats and all the local goodies and products that we can stock in your cottage.
