Join me for an in-person Breathwork Teacher Training!

Breathwork is nothing short of miraculous. We store so much stuff in the body: our emotions, thought patterns, trauma no wonder we frequently feel stuck. And then, we lay down for a breathwork session, use a combination of breathing techniques, and this stuckness is released. The pain, the stress, the confusion, the disconnection, we let it all out and replace it with healing and freedom.

It might sound like a big promise but please trust me that is the actual experience of breathwork, when guided right. If you have done a breathwork session with me, you know how transformative it is (and if you havent, please join a session soon or check out the video testimonials on the trainings webpage).

And now you have the opportunity to learn with me how to offer breathwork to your clients and groups and become a certified breathworker. I created Breathwork Transformation through 20+ years of teaching and honing breathwork. I combine it with mindfulness, psychology, spirituality, and other techniques and approaches, making it a wholesome, effective, and life-changing practice.

Through the training, I will share all of my knowledge, exercises, insights, and experience with you so that you can offer your clients and groups the same transformative experience.
