Teaching is my passion. It fills me with fulfillment and satisfaction. Which is why I love receiving your emails, inviting me to teach.

Do you have a local community where you would like me to run a retreat? Or perhaps you own a retreat venue or a yoga studio and would like me to come and teach workshops? Or maybe you work with a group of students for which you want me to offer sessions?

I receive many such inquiries from you - inviting me to teach meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, positive psychology, spirituality, and shadow work.

I teach anything between a 2-hour workshop and a 4-day (weekend) retreat.

I also love collaborating, so if you would like to teach with me, i'm open to the idea.
