This May, thousands of people across the globe will be taking action all month long and moving with us on May 25th in honor of Mental Health Month. And every person who registers for our Move For It 5K+ will get access to an Introductory Mental Health Toolkit. We all need to maintain our mental health, but we dont all start with the same skills or support needed to do so. With this in mind, weve created a catalog of resources to help people start building their mental health resiliency through a variety of introductory tools. Self-love is a radical act. Its the small steps we take that create the essential momentum toward healing and recovery.

As a community, were aiming to raise $175,000 by May 31st. These funds are critical so that TWLOHA can bring a message of hope, connection, and mental health support to 20,000,000 people this year. Every story, every conversation, every dollar matters when were fighting for people to stay alive and find healing.
