⚽ New Coaching Clinic now live!

We are delighted to letyou knowthat our latest expert Coaching Clinic hasgone live on CV Academy.

In the new session, QPR first-team coach Paul Hall discusses the key principles associated with playing in a 3-4-3 formation, and then introduces a session he would deliver to develop a teams ability to attack from within that shape.

The clinic begins with Hall explaining how he sees the strengths of the 3-4-3 formation, and then describing how he applied these principles into a specific game during his spell as interim head coach of the Jamaican national team. He goes on to introduce a related session he would deliver to develop his teams ability to play in the 3-4-3. The session involves a hexagon rondo, a half-pitch phase of play in which the midfield four and front three attack a back five and midfield double pivot, an unopposed free play to include rotations and movement, and finally a match-realistic 11v11.
