⚽ New coaching course: Tottenham U18s

We are excited to letyou knowthat a brilliant new and exclusive coaching course has gone live on CV Academy.

In this superb session, Tottenhams lead Under-18 coach Stuart Lewis takes his players through a series of practices that focuson switching play through midfield.

The session begins with a technical activation that prepares the players physically, progressinginto a possession game that focuses on switching play away from pressure. The group is then split into defending and attacking units; Lewis coaches defenders on circulating possession and switching play, while academy coach Bradley Allen leads an attacking group through patterns of switching play to set up a cross and finish.

The final practice is a small-sided themed game, with neutral wide players, where goals count double if they involve switches of play.

It is an expertly deliveredsession, withinsight into the coaching methodology that produced the 2022/23 Under-18 Premier League Cup winners. We hope you enjoy it!
